Yes, we are a fully insured and licensed company. The safety of our clients and employees is our top priority, so we follow all current protocols and regulations.

Absolutely. We offer recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) for homes and businesses, with the flexibility to adjust the schedule based on your needs.

2. Cleaning Process Questions

2.1 What does a Standard Cleaning include?

A Standard Cleaning includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens (including the exterior of appliances) and more. We can also customize the cleaning to focus on specific areas based on what you need.

2.2 How long does a cleaning take?

The time varies depending on the size of the property and the type of service. A Standard Cleaning in an average-sized home can take between 2 and 4 hours. However, more extensive services like Deep Cleaning may take longer. We’ll always provide an estimate before we begin.

2.3 Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

It’s not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning as long as we can access the property. Many of our clients prefer to schedule cleanings while they’re away from home or at work. We can coordinate access details in advance.

2.4 What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue, including returning to address any areas that didn’t meet your expectations.

3.1 How can I book a cleaning service?

You can easily book through our website, by phone or by sending us an email. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

3.2 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, check and cash. All payments are processed securely and you can choose the option that is most convenient for you.

3.3 What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

3.4 Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Deep Cleaning: This service covers all tasks in the standard cleaning, plus more detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas, such as behind appliances, baseboards, and corners. It’s perfect for thoroughly cleaning your home or office.
Move In / Out Cleaning: Designed for those moving in or out, this service ensures that your old or new home is spotless, ready for handover or for you to settle in.
Commercial Cleaning: We specialize in maintaining clean and professional workspaces, adapting to the specific needs of each business, from small offices to large commercial establishments.

5.2 What does your 60-point cleaning service include?

Our 60-point cleaning service ensures a thorough and detailed cleaning of every corner of your home or business. It includes tasks such as Deep Cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, meticulous dusting, appliance cleaning, interior window cleaning, carpet vacuuming and much more. This comprehensive approach guarantees that every area of your space is spotless.

6.1 Can I customize my cleaning service?

Yes, we understand that every home and business has unique needs. We offer the option to customize our cleaning services to focus on specific areas or tasks that you would like to be completed. Just tell us what you need and we’ll tailor our service to your preferences.

We recommend scheduling a Deep Cleaning at least once every 3-6 months, depending on the usage of your space and your personal needs. This ensures that hard-to-reach areas and less-used surfaces stay clean and disinfected.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise that require urgent cleaning. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, depending on our team’s availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure we can meet your request.

8.1 What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We also offer services outside of regular hours and on holidays upon request, to better accommodate your needs.

We understand that needs can change. You can adjust or change your service at any time, whether you want to add more focus areas, change the frequency or even modify the type of service booked. Just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to make the necessary adjustments.

10.1 Do you offer any guarantee on your services?

Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with the cleaning, simply contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do everything possible to correct any issue at no additional cost.

Yes, we specialize in providing cleaning services for vacation rentals, including Airbnb properties. Our team ensures that your rental is spotless and guest-ready, offering a welcoming experience for every visitor.

11.2 What does your vacation rental cleaning service include?

Our vacation rental cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens, including changing linens, restocking basic supplies and ensuring that the property is in pristine condition for the next guest. We also offer additional services like Laundry and Deep Cleaning upon request.

11.3 Can you accommodate quick turnarounds between guests?

Absolutely. We understand the fast-paced nature of vacation rentals and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate quick turnovers between guests. Our team works efficiently to ensure the property is cleaned and ready for new arrivals on time.

11.4 Do you provide cleaning supplies and linens or do I need to supply them?

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies, but we do not supply linens. However, we are happy to manage the cleaning of any linens you provide and offer restocking services for your rental property.

11.5 How do you handle special requests for vacation rental cleanings?

We offer customizable cleaning services to meet the unique needs of each property owner. Whether you need specific cleaning tasks performed, special attention to certain areas or additional services like laundry, we are here to tailor our services to your preferences.

11.6 What do you do to ensure my vacation rental is in perfect condition?

As part of our Standard Service, we take photos and videos of your vacation rental before and after cleaning. This provides you with peace of mind and visual documentation of your property’s condition. Additionally, we check that all appliances are functioning correctly and immediately report any issues, ensuring your property is in perfect condition for incoming guests.
